Massage | Energy Healing

&nbsp;If you'd like to shift energy around stresses and learn tools to live more peacefully, schedule a healing session. Everyone is a healer. If your body has a cut, you see the healing. That is your life force and power being the healer that you are.&nbsp;Healing Sessions are experiential and educational. I believe everyone is capable of neuro-plasicity and conscious creation in our life. The techniques I share in a Healing Session include: Tapping, Hypnotherapy, Theta Healing, Chakra Balancing, &amp; Magnified Healing. A session will start with discussion of the intention of the session and the techniques we will use.&nbsp; These sessions can help: reduce stress, manifestation, and build life skills.&nbsp;For example a client choose to work on anxiety while driving with gps.&nbsp;We worked together to calm the resistance to technology, and build trust and the ability to adapt to this way of letting technology lead and work for her.&nbsp;She can now drive anywhere using GPS.&nbsp;I have 100s of stories where people have benefits from these techniques if your interested in seeing how it can help you start with the introduction videos and then schedule a consultation.&nbsp; Healing Sessions are done in person or in zoom. Zoom is suggested for ease, as you don't have to drive, as well you can have a recording of the session. They are usually around 90 minutes and are not timed.

Healing Sessions | Tapping | Hypnotherapy | Energy Healing

Ayurveda teaches harmony by making changes in daily habits, nutrition, and lifestyle choices to live more aligned to your true constitution.&nbsp;In this educational session you'll learn a new way of looking at yourself and how to live in balance. This session is 2-3 hours and you'll receive a packet of about 20 pages with information to apply Ayurvedic Lifestyle to improve your health.

Ayurvedic Life Coaching

Our Gentle Yoga classes can help you build strength, flexibility, change habits, &amp; lose weight. Sessions include yoga movement, education in Ayurveda, breath work, hypnotic meditation and energy work. Sessions are one hour and you can choose once a week or twice a week depending on your goals.&nbsp; Call for a consultation before booking this session (215) 317-2412.
